I’m Julie Gillespie, the who to your how. I help you develop solutions so you can boost knowledge retention and learner engagement.

I’m so glad you’re here because my passion is serving businesses like yours. You’ve begun gathering data, talked to stakeholders, employees, end users, and customers, and maybe you have even implemented some solutions, but the issue still persists… engagement is low, workflows are inefficient, and retaining your IP is a challenge.

You have committed more time than you have to ensure the success of your solution but you’ve been delayed, tied up in other projects, or stuck in red tape. You need someone who’s sole focus is to tackle the challenge with a new perspective and efficiency. 

It’s time to bring in a strategist and designer who’s sole focus is to help uncover solutions while empowering your team to own the processes for long-term success.

That’s where I come in.

Since founding my business in 2021, I have worked with clients delivering employee and customer-centric learning solutions within SMB markets and global corporations across 8 industries to thousands of employees.

My goal over the last decade has been to improve customer experiences by addressing the issues I experienced as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and working collaboratively with customer service/success, sales, marketing, IT, finance, and other teams to address company-wide challenges as a consultant and contractor.

I believe customers should feel supported throughout their lifecycle, and customer-facing teams should feel empowered with the resources to provide good customer experiences; this is key to competitive advantage in any industry.

My journey to accomplish my goal has led me to develop a multi-disciplinary approach that takes knowledge from knowledge management, information systems management, big data and analytics, instructional design, eLearning development, customer success, design thinking, project management, digital marketing, sales, and business development. I have used my own JKG methodology to grow my knowledge base over the last decade.

Since May 2021, I have designed, developed, implemented, and administered training for thousands of global customers and employees across 5 organizations in different industries, bridging knowledge gaps and improving information workflows that boosted performance. Most recently, I developed, administered, and marketed training for a global pharmaceutical company to increase internal adoption of their AI / LLM-enhanced databases to reduce R&D time and costs. I loved it.

Obtaining my third degree, an MBA, supported my goal of learning to design holistic solutions that consider the entire business ecosystem. By focusing my degree on Information Systems and Knowledge Management, I can better align my goals with those of businesses while developing sustainable, secure organization-wide knowledge and learning experiences.
